How do I remove contribution lines that I don't want on a deposit when I am using the Auto-Post Deposit feature?

  1. Click the Auto-Post button as if you wanted to post everything listed.
  2. Select with your mouse the line in the transaction detail at the bottom of the screen that you want to remove from the deposit.
  3. Click the Delete button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each line that you want to remove from the deposit.
  5. Once you have removed all the extra lines from the transaction detail, double click on the amount in the amount ("$$") box in the upper right corner of the Deposit Entry. This will update the total amount of the deposit to compensate for the lines that were removed.
  6. Click the Save Changes button to save the deposit.
