Where to Setup General Information such as Church Name, Address, Phone, Federal ID # (EIN/TIN), etc..

The Federal ID#/State ID# or church address is not printing on Federal Tax Forms W-2/W-3, 1099/1096 or 941/944.

  1. To update the Church's information, go to the Main Menu screen and then hover your mouse over the SETUP icon and click the GENERAL INFORMATION option
  2. Fill out the Church information on the General Information screen. Press the ENTER key on your keyboard after making changes to a field in order to advance to the next field.
  3. The MAIL ADDRESS will be used on Federal Tax Forms (unless left blank) as well as the FEDERAL and STATE ID#s.
