Why is the Transaction Detail Report not showing all transactions over a given date range?
Can the Transaction Detail Report have a calendar year date range or span more than one fiscal year?

Using the Transaction detail report, you can create a report that spans more than one fiscal year. In order to do this, both the date range and the fiscal year range must be properly set.

  1. Set the Date Range. To change the date range, click on either the start or end date and select the date in the calendar.
  2. Set the fiscal year range corresponding to the date range you selected.
    1. To change the fiscal year range, move your mouse over either the first or last fiscal year in the range.
    2. Use the up and down arrows that appear to change the fiscal year range.

In the example below, the date range has been set to January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013, which includes transactions from both the 2012/2013 and 2013/2014/06 fiscal years.
