When I start a new fiscal year, the transaction register is empty but I can still see all of my old payroll checks on the Payroll screen.  Is this a problem?

Payroll is treated differently in NTS since payroll must be accounted for on the calendar year. Therefore, all past payroll checks will be visible on the Payroll screen.
