Can I add a new fund or service on the fly?


A New Fund and New Service button will appear when you are posting a contribution entry. The New Service button will appear when selecting a service and the fund button will appear when you select a fund. See the illustration below.

  1. Select where you want the new fund/service to appear in the list. Click on any fund/service in the list where you want the new fund/service to appear. The fund or service will be inserted above the existing fund/service that is highlighted or selected in the list.
  2. Click the New Fund or New Service button. A box will appear on your screen. Type in the name of the new fund or service.

  3. For funds, you will also have a checkbox to indicate if the fund is tax deductible or not. Uncheck the box for non-tax deductible funds.
  4. Click the Save button to add the fund or service to the list.

The new fund or service will be automatically selected. The fund or service will be inserted above the existing fund/service that is highlighted or selected in the list. To change the order of the funds or service, see the links below.
