Upgrade Error: I run the upgrade and I get the Message "The current installation of The Nazarene Treasury System is already up to date. When I open NTS, it still has the old version.

The following procedure will only work on computers where NTS has already been installed. If NTS has never been installed on the computer before, please see NTS Installation Instructions to install NTS on your computer.

  1. Open the NTS installation folder. This is typically "C:\Program Files (x86)\NTSwin".  On some systems, it may simply be "Program Files" without "(x86)" at the end.
  2. Delete the file _version.ini (or just "_version").
  3. Finally, run the upgrade again.
