Upgrade Error: The Nazarene Treasury System is not installed.

Upgrade Error: The drive or UNC share you selected does not exist or is not accessible. Please select another.

These messages will sometimes appear when trying to upgrade NTS from an old version of NTS. If you already have NTS installed on your computer, follow the instructions below to upgrade your software.

If NTS is not installed on the computer, neither these instructions nor an upgrade will be sufficient to install NTS on a computer for the first time. If you are attempting to install NTS for the first time on a computer, please see NTS new installation instructions.

  1. Download and run the following file:

    NTS Install Update Utility

  2. If you get a message saying the Publisher could not be verified, just click Run.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
  4. If you get a message saying the "The Folder: C:\Program Files\NTSwin already exists", click Yes and continue.
  5. After running this utility, open and log into NTS.
  6. Exit NTS.
  7. Run the upgrade again.
