How can database errors be repaired?


  1. Repairs can be made from three screens: Login, Contribution, Checkbook and Loan screens. For database errors on the Schedule or Payroll, go to the Checkbook screen.
  2. Once on the appropriate screen, press the F11 key or Ctrl + R. If the computer is a laptop computer, press and hold down the 'Fn' key (located on the bottom row, left hand side) and then press the F11 key.
  3. A confirmation box will appear asking you confirm the start of the repair process. Click Yes to continue.
  4. Once the repair process is complete, a message will appear indicating if the repair was successful or if errors still remain. If there are still errors, contact NTS for further assistance.
