My system says I need a new validation code.  What do I do?

Occasionally, you may get a message after logging into NTS, saying your "Usage Time Expires Soon". Or if you wait to long, you will get the message "Usage Time has Expired." To get a new validation code or password, go to Online Validation Support. You will need your customer number and serial number. Both of these numbers will be on the NTS 'Usage Time Expires Soon' message. Optionally, you can email the information to or call us at 817-318-0303 to get a new validation code.

Type in the validation code where you would normally type in your password and click 'OK'. This will allow you to access the program. The next time you log on, you can go back to using your regular password.
