Tip #1 - It is better to search for a few key words than to
search for a question or a phrase.
Example: Instead of searching for "How do I add a new
bank account?" search for "new bank account"
Tip #2 - Do not use punctuation in your search. No question marks and no '#' signs. Instead of "in/out" or "#50", search for "in out" or "50".
Tip #3 - Avoid searching for words that end in "ing". Instead of using the words "deleting" or "voiding", search for "delete" or "void".
Tip #4 - Avoid using the plural form of most words. Instead of using the words "deposits" or "transfers", search for "deposit" or "transfer".
