I get the message "Files Missing" when I try to Restore my data from Backup.

This message usually signifies that the YEAR of information does not exist at the selected Location.

If Restoring from an External Media Device, make sure that you reference it by the correct LETTER.

When plugging these devices into the computer, a Drive LETTER is assigned dynamically and will usually not be the same from one computer to another, or from one session to another on the same computer.

ie. When plugging into the first computer the USB drive may be assigned drive letter "E", but may be assigned letter "J" on the second computer.

If you did not use the NTS Backup utility to backup your data, and are unable to restore your data, please see:
How do I restore my data from the NTSwin folder?
